Bottled. Hazy pale golden. Dry clean and hoppy. Light bodied with straight forward character and a very bitter, near inky finish.

Slightly better than an American standard aroma. Lightly fruity taste is balanced nicely with a moderately bitter finish. This isn't bad for a Kölsch, but could use some more character. Overall light and refreshing, but that's not usually what I'm looking for.

Bottle... Hazy light yellow lager with a mid-sized, frothy, white head. Excellent, creamy retention. Breadsy, pilsener malt nose. Spicy hops cause Novocain-like numbness on my tongue. A touch oxidized. Mildly acidic. Light-bodied and fizzy. Crisp, bitter finish.

This pours a highly carbonated, pale yellow body with an amazingly tall, rocky white head. (I had to wait a solid five minutes before I could attempt to drink.) The aroma is a light, mildy sweet malt with floral hopping and a hit of lemon zest. It’s light-bodied but lively with dancing carbonation. The flavor is delicate, sweet malts with lemon and orange rind on the back of the throat. Crisp, bitter finish. Nice. This one malt, one hop beer would be a delight to anyone who appreciates a well crafted lager. At 30.06 IBU, I’m surprised this isn’t classified as a pilsener.

Hazed, cloudy straw color with a small stable white head. Light fruit and malt along with a touch of saaz in the aroma. Fairly light and spritz in feel. Earth pale malt flavor with a sharper hops background. Slight yeast bite in the finish. Not as clean as I perfer my pils.

Draft at New Holland. Light amber hue with an average rocky white head. An average aroma of sweet malt and light hops. Light body with a creamy texture. Flavor was heavy sweet with a light bitter finish.

Pours very yellow. Aromas of hops, citrus, and slight yeast. Tastes hoppy, citrusy, with a dry, hoppy, citrus finish.
