| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 29, 2009 Bottled. Poured clear, bright golden with a short-lived cap of white head. The aroma picked up sweet bready notes and lemon zest on a well-balanced impression.. honey sweetness followed and while nice, wasn’t necessary. The honey gave more of an impression in the flavor department.. light floral and earthy bitterness plus lemon zest around.. white perrery spicage and lemon zest over bready sweetness on the finish. Lighter-bodied on the palate with moderate carbonation and very good balance.. tasty and very drinkable stuff. deyholla (724), Bloomington, Indiana, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 23, 2009 Clear gold pour with a very thin white head. Grain, cereal, and hops are evident in the mild aroma. Fairly smooth with ample carbonation. The overall mild sweetness of cereal and grain is pushed aside at the end by a punch of hops. Not a bad brew but nothing too exciting. michael-pollack (2718), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA
