Bottle. pours out a moderate shade of orange with a small white head. Aroma is strong on cinnamon, followed by some pumpkin and slight sweet malty notes. Taste is balanced with cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, sweet malt, light pumpkin and maybe some notes of a bitterness in there also.

Bottle. Poured a darker orange color with a little white head. Aroma was malts, ginger, and faint pumpkin. Flavor was a little weaker with spice, clove, and pumpkin coming through. A clean aftertaste. Very smooth on the palate, and a little carbonation. A very good seasonal beer.

Bottle: Poured an amber orange with a nice head. The aroma was spice. The flavor was pumpkin pie spices. Overall, just average for me.

12 oz bottle from Princeton’s. Cloudy pale orange color, thin white head. Aroma and flavor are subtle pumpkin and spices, notably nutmeg. Nice lingering finish.

I liked this pumpkin beer, it avoids the sticky mouthfeel a lot of them are guilty of. It’s a bit drier than other pumpkin ales, and the nutmeg and cinnamon are noticeable, but not overpowering. This is one of the better examples of the style, in my opinion.

Rather light and plain pumpkin ale, tastes almost like a pumpkin lager ala Lakefront Brewery Pumpkin Lager, but maybe a little creamier. It’s just OK.
