bottle.. Pours a clear golden with a small white head. notes of bread, clove, spices. More spicy with a touch of pumpkin pie rather than pumpkin pie with a touch of spice. Ok, not great.

Sampled at a Mead, Cider, and Beer Tasting sponsored by Binny’s Beverage Depot in Glen Ellyn, IL. Poured to my wine/sampler glass a hazy, golden amber with modest, off white foam and lacing. The aroma was pumpkin and perfumy pie spice with nutmeg and maybe ginger high lighted. The flavor was much the same with some cinnamon showing up and the presence of some low, hop bitterness. Medium to light bodied. A standard pumpkin ale.

"Strangely funky macro-grain finish" - lamas. My first pumpkin and maybe my last.....nah I will try another.
