Commercial Description:
A robust renovation of the India Pale Ale. Assertive dry-hoppying provides an aromatic telltale nose, indicative of the bitter symphony to follow. Bold hop character with lively grapefruit and citrus notes. 20° Plato, Alc. 9.4% by Vol.

Deep copper body with a good off-white head. Light hop aroma, some fruitiness. Watery weak palate with almost no hop bitterness or malt sweetness going on in the flavor department. Thin. Real disappointment.

Amber color with a white head and sticky lacing. Nose full of hops and grapefruit juice. Full flavored DIPA with apple sauce, candied grapefruit, and some pine in the finish. Some honey sweetness, bready malts, and more and more alcohol as it warms. Nice, easy drinking DIPA.

Cloudy orange with a medium off white head. Sweet aroma with grapefruits, hops and piney notes. Flavour had peach, pine and hoppy notes. Finished bitter.

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy dirty orangey color ale with a small foamy head with OK retention and no lacing. Aroma of sweet malt base with light floral hops. Taste is too sweet for the style with some floral hops though not as much as expected. Body is above average with medium carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I found that this was way too sweet for the style and not enough hops presence – bottle has been kept in fridge since I received it though I wonder if this was maybe a bit too aged.

Mildly hazed amber with a large pillowy beige frothy lace maker of a head. Aroma of citrus, dough, light pine, caramel, grapefruit and sticky hops. Taste of alcohol, sticky resinous west coast hops, tasty malt, pine, orange and fruit. Mostly balanced with a little semi-candied sweetness. Finishes up moderately bitter with some alcohol bite back. Overall, a pretty good brew.

Bomber courtesy of sparky27. Citrus hops seemed to have mellowed out with more sweet sugary malt and alcohol on the nose. Copper body with off white head and a good sugar lacr coating on glass. Alcohol was noticable along with the dry hop bittering. Mellow citrus flavor for me, wish it would of had more. Dry palate and heavy filling brew. Thanks Eric.
