Pours light. Aroma of apple, semi sweet. Sparkling clear. Very refreshing and a really good cider.

Draft sample at New Holland. Poured clear color with a small white head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Aroma of apple. Flavor of sweet apple with a light sweet finish of short duration. Light body with a thin texture. Refreshing drink.

Anniversary Trip 2007

5/19/2007: New Holland Michigan Apple Cider is super clear with almost not color at all. Very gently sparkling. Aroma is like apple wine. Some crisp apple and light white wine in the flavor. Light body.
