| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 18, 2006 Bottled. Pours light amber orange with a rocky off-white head. Aroma is toast with light caramel and flowery. Creamy, medium body with somewhat fizzy carbonation. Taste starts sweet a little toast, citrus, finishes clean. Gotta agree with the previous "sessionable" comment. pnista (1008), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 16, 2006 Pours a hazy yellow brown to golden brown with bubbles larger than I’d like to see, but I like seeing that haze, it lets me know there’s something in this beer. The aroma really backs that up too. Creamy malt, caramel with a little something roasty and light hopping. The palate isn’t anything to write home about, but certainly isn’t a drawback. Decent CO2, a little watery, but smooth. The flavors are really in line with the aromas. Big sweet malt! I would say this is almost a "sweet amber" (kind of like a "sweet stout"). There’s even something almost lactic to this beer. Carmel, a hint of roasty chocolate. The hopping is really completely nondescript, just adding the slight bitterness necessary to balance this beer. The aftertaste is first creamy and almost chocolatey, giving rise to a more roasty bitterness. This is a really decent session beer. tcruicks (282), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 16, 2006 I like beers with names related to dogs in general (at least superficially, but I dont give points for it!). This is a cloudy orange/copper color with a small white head, average appearance. The aroma is malty and sweet like caramel. The flavour is similar, its got the caramel, toasted nuts, malt, and some hops. The flavour is a bit more fruity than the aroma as well. Not bad! jonwayne4883 (401), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA

| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Mar 26, 2006 Deep copper with a somewhat off aroma, perhaps it is Lake Michigan. Almost no head. Sweet, almost cola sweet with a flat finish. Despite being like no other beer I’ve tasted, it’s not that bad. Just wierd. Bigassfish (140), Naperville/Chicago, Illinois, USA
