ebrowner88 (113), Blaine, Minnesota, USA Apr 8, 2008 Deep cola color, not what I expected out of an oatmeal stout. Decent lacing and creamy brussels around glass. Malt sweetness then raisiny carmely mellowy goodness. Nutty then clean finish. Thin for style but very drinkable.

Creamy body with good depth of flavor. timsilvia32 (41), born in Michigan, North Carolina, USA Jul 4, 2008 Pours black, not much head. Roasted coffee slight chocolate. Not really a lot going on. Slight bitter finish. Overall not bad, but not great. I have a feeling this could be better on draft. jrob_21 (814), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Jul 1, 2008 Smuggled back from Greensboro on my last trip. Bittersweet chocolate and cocoa aromas. Roasted malt flavors are really nice. Some chocolate again and a faint bitter finish. Not quite and opaque black pour.
