Mar 31, 2007 Pretty good IPA from what I recall (yes its about 4 years gone now). I used to buy 6’s all the time cause it was the best available in the grocery. The new NKBC is just as good (maybe better) in my opinion; its just more malty-English than American-overhopped.

Oct 31, 2005 This is a pretty fair IPA. Good hops representation with just enough malt to make it not overly bitter or dry. Dark golden color and light to medium body.

Jan 7, 2004 RIP This was an excellent beer. It had a beautiful copper color over a dense creamy head. the aromas were of clean maltiness and an equal amount of hops. West Coast hop rates and English variety hops. Long dry finish just left you ready for another one. This was the leader of the New Knox stable. Seek out Woodruff IPA at Downtown Grill & Brewery.

Oct 11, 2002 A very good example of an IPA, with a wonderful hop finish matched with a full malt flavor. I was surprised to find an IPA this good brewed in Knoxville, TN.
