Feb 23, 2009 I like these beers, just one type of hop gives you appreciation for it. Obviously not a complex hop profile, but strong grapefruit start and slight aftertaste.

Dec 29, 2008 Lots of floral hops and grapefruit on the nose. Bright golden pour with a thin head. More grapefruit in the flavor is followed by floral dryness. The malts are biscuity and add a touch of dryness to the already resiny hop profile. Long dry resin finish.

Oct 25, 2008 Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy citrus aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy citrus flavor. Ha sa slightly sweetish malty hoppy bitter finish with hints of citrus in the aftertaste.

Sep 1, 2008 On tap at the Hedge House. Pours amber with a soft white head. The nose reminds me of lemon soap, very crisp citrus note, almost candy/soap like note to it. Quick caramel malt base finished off by this Mr. Clean-like aromatics. Not bad, but prickly enough nose that gets you wondering if it’s the lemony hops or detergent used to clean the glass that gives off that nose. I’ll side with Lompoc in the hops, but we will find out.

Jun 23, 2008 Draft. A hazy amber beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of hops, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of hops, caramel, and grapefruit.

Mar 23, 2008 4oz Taster - Spring Beer & Wine Festival - Portland, OR
Aroma – Good IPA aroma has a nice balance with the malt.
Appearance – Amber in color, Nice light head and clear.
Flavor – The Hops where very strong and flavorful loved the malts and the balance they held.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, nice texture with a dry finish.
Overall – Has a deep centennial hops flavor this was a huge IPA over 70 in my humble opinion. A very nice IPA.
