Tap @ Their NW spot... Poured a burnt orange with a white head. Aroma was resinous and with earthy hops. Lots of carbonation and very dry palate. Notes of pepper and crisp hops before the bread-like malt grains balanced the beer. Finished was a bit resinous and malty.

Darker golden colored brew. The aroma has notes of floral hops, light caramel malt, and a touch of sweetness. Flavors of light caramel malt, toast, and floral hops in the finish. Clean, unobtrusive and sessionable.

Clear pale ale. A maltier amber than most, and the hop profile is nothing distinct, but still good, and if nothing else is a memorial beer to bringing a species back from the edge of extinction. Thats a feel good beer.

On tap at the Hedge House. Pours darker amber with a soft white head. Overall a decent pale, siding more toward the malty click. Caramel malts pair off against lackingly floral hops, there but nothing to write home about. In the PNW it’s hard to make a pale stand out without crossing into IPA settings, but at least dry hop to get more floral hop character.

Draft. A hazy light amber beer with a thin light tan head. The aroma is lightly sweet malty. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and light notes of straw, leading to a lightly bitter finish.
