Jul 17, 2007 On draught at the 5th Quadrant during ABA Beer Tour 07. Served at "Seasonal Server’s Choice." Pours a semi-hazy caramel amber brew with an average off-white head that dissolves to a fine film. Head leaves behind a spotty lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, some roasted nuts, flowery hops and a dry herbal character. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated with a sweet caramel and raisin flavor. Finish is slightly acidic with a dry texture and then a hint of raisin aftertaste.
