| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Oct 4, 2004 On tap at the Flying Saucer in Charlotte. How is it that Dogwood can go under and New South manages to stay in business? What a total abortion of a brewery this is. Anyway, plain looking for a Marzen. Flavor is very woody with a very unpleasant bitter finish. Not good.
