The aroma was a tad sweet, very citrusy, lemon, sour. The flavor had similar elements, a tad grainy, and some cornish flavors. the flavor is a let down from the aroma. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

pale yellow, light wheat aroma, very light flavor, touch of orange, brewed with an ale yeast, interesting but lacking much character

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | May 7, 2007 Tap. Nice typical witbier aromas - orange, banana, clove, wheat malt. Cloudy yellow-brown color with small head. Light sweet orange/peach malt flavor. A bit light. Overall, a nice beer. NachlamSie (1643), Tennessee, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 4, 2007 Draught. I thought it was a little weird to brew a light witbier for the winter season, but given the climate here I suppose it might appropriate. It pours cloudy bright yellow. The nose is faint, like most of the others I sampled, but does have scents of cracked wheat and butter. This is devoid of any real yeast, banana, or distinct spiced notes. This is basically buttery and bready with a mild astringency. After I had finished my beer, my buddy, who had both the witbier and the Market Street Wheat, was talking about the striking similarties between the two. We had decided they could be the same beer just with an addition of spice in the prior. That reminds me of the smiliarties in their raspberry wheat and the Market Street wheat. 00cobraR (1098), Greensboro, North Carolina, USA

Flavor is yeasty with some fruityness to it. Over all this is not the best witbier i have had, but its not the worst by far. jcwattsrugger (5528), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

The lack of haziness made me suspicious from the start. A witbier should not be filtered. Not much nose. Nice grainy flavor, but a bit lacking on the yeast, orange, and coriander. Not quite true to style I think.
