ebrowner88 (113), Blaine, Minnesota, USA Mar 9, 2008 Caramel apple smell. Creamy head that dissapears quickly leaving a nice lace of creamy bubbles. Sweet pear and caramel and then slightly dry. Not overly carbonated. A little thin to my liking but overall, not a bad beer. I could see myself having a few of these in a moment of limited selection.

Pours very light brown but deepens in color as pour finishes. Aroma of sweet dry nuts. very light head with medium carbonation. As stated before very smooth, sweet, with a little bite just to tell you it is an ale. msante79 (268), Illinois, USA Oct 1, 2008 Have had many times. Pours light brown with white head. Body is really thin. Aroma of malt and caramel. Flavor is caramel and nuts with a little malt. I like these ice cold. Just good carmel goodness.
