Commercial Description:
This traditional British style red ale features caramel malt, toasted wheat and English hops. This is considered a session ale because of the low alcohol, with a ton of flavor.

On tap at the Pizza Port Session Ale Fest. Pours with an amber body and a tan head. Aroma is grainy, with honey, bread, flower, cereal, brown sugar and ever so slightly smokey. Taste is straw, dry, grassy and bitter. Fizzy and dry.

Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. Toasty malt aroma with light citrus. Caramel and toasted malt flavor with light citrus. Medium-light bodied. Caramel and citrus lingers with some toasty malts.

On tap at Newport Beach brewing this pours a clear copper color with a nice head. The flavor is definitely of caramel.
