| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 5, 2007 OC Tour, tap at brewpub: Looks a lot like apple juice, no head or lace. The aroma has notes of grassy and slight citric apple, clean pale malt and some caramel. The taste is crisp and bitter with a toffee and biscuity base. Slight pepper found on the finish. The mouth feel is lively and sharp, refreshing. A good brew but not quite to style. goldtwins (4086), Nesconset, New York, USA

The nose was oddly hoppy and odd for this style. Pretty tasty ESB much better than the loco quad. riversideAK (2803), Shoreline, Washington, USA
