Mar 27, 2004 As far as blondes go, I know one thing, you cannot trust them. This one, was a clear light yellow with no head (unlike most blondes I know). Tasted of sweet malt extract but the finish was remarkably light and pleasant.

Jun 28, 2007 Light yellow, filtered, min head. Minimal straw aroma. Very light beer with significant carbonation, slight sweetness of malts, some grainy bread, subtle citrus and hops. While watery it didn’t have any significant off or metalic flavors. Good for the drinker who wants something just bigger than water. Drunk minutes ago at brewery.

Oct 28, 2008 Clear golden wuth a white head. Grainy pale malt and honey sweet aromas. Light/medium body. Pale malt grist flavors with a hint of honey. Crisp clean finish. Shaker glass is gone in sixty seconds.

Feb 19, 2009 On tap at NBBC. Interesting that it is classified as a pilsener. Clear gold in color with not much white head. Aroma of grain and slightly sweet malt. Flavor was clean tasting, but not great. Mostly grain and corn flavors. Not much hopping evident. By far the weakest offering at an otherwise quality brewpub.
