Jan 6, 2008 Tap @ the brewpub. Poured a clear gold color with a white head. Very light malt in the aroma. Not just the malt but the overall aroma is very light. Mildly malty and sweet in the flavor. The flavor started with a clean malt but the a cereal grain finish. Toasty. Light-medium body.

Dec 5, 2007 OC Tour, tap at brewpub: Clean golden hue with a fading head. The aroma has notes of light lemon, biscuity and grainy malt, aromatic hop, and chalky yeast ester. The taste has a clean light malt bill with background bitters along with a hit of acidity. The mouth feel is lively and light, refreshing session brew.
