The aroma was vinous and roasty with a good amount of chocolate and lighter notes of cherry and grapes. Black bodied. Nose is malty, sweet, light roasted notes, some port notes and wood. Taste is more sweet malts, some roastiness, woody notes, some alcohol, soft port notes. Body is light-medium and has a mild carbonation. Ends with more roasty notes, sweet malts, light wood, and soft alcohol.
