A Belgian wit style. It comes in at 6.8% ABV and uses orange peel, Kafir lime leaves, lemon peel and coriander to help the special Belgian yeast strain give this beer a citrusy and spicy flavor.

Pours a transparent orange bronze with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet wheat, fresh coriander and orange peel. Body starts semi-sweet and citrusy with big spicy coriander notes toward a slightly Belgian yeasty warming finish. Pretty true to style and interesting.

I can’t say this looks much like a Witbier, as its not very cloudy and its much darker copper-hued body. No head to speak of, either. Pleasant, fruity aroma - some citrus notes, and indeed, a little peppery. This is overall a little too sweet for my taste. Its sugary and syrupy. Because of the sweetness, it seems like this beer should be higher in alcohol than it actually is.

Thanks to beerbill for this - semi-cloudy, orange-gold color, with a minimal head - far too much clarity for the style - quite a sweet, honey-like aroma, with strong coriander, orange peel, a hint of ginger (the lime leaves are surprisingly evident) - thankfully, the flavor isn’t as sweet as the aroma suggests - fairly spicy and herbal, and a light honey flavor couples with this to make the beer taste tea-like at times - spicy and peppery through the middle - light wheaty flavor and a hint of citrus - not very witbier-like - I’d call it more of a belgian pale - either way it’s not terribly impressive, but I’d drink it again.

Pours amber colour with medium off white head. Nose of corriander, sweet malts, and yeast. Initial taste of citrus, corriander and wheat. Finishing with crisp spicy caramel. Medium Body that is reasonably well balanced. Palate duration runs off and faded quicker than expected.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium amber color with a larger sized white head. Aromas of cloves, corriander, and citrus. Tastes of citrus, caramel, corriander and pepper. Starts out sugary sweet and ends in a peppery finish.

Pours amber and opaque with a nice white head. Smells of coriander, bananas, cloves, ginger, some peppery hops, sweet malt. Taste is crisp with some honey and coriander dominating. Nice, but a bit over the top on the sugary elements.
