Copper colored body with a whispy white head. If you can get beyond the sweet flavor there is a touch of malt to this beer. The finish is clean and lighter than one might expect. I have never desired a beer flavored with banana but if you have, then this is not bad. asheft (1438), Marburg, Germany

Blast of DMS in the aroma--like boiling wort! Past that there’s a moderately fresh US (mostly pine) hops character and mild caramel malt. The beer poured a clear amber and had a thin white head that lasted a while. The flavour was much fruitier than the aroma let on. This was in fairly good balance with the hops and caramel flavours. I found this beer quite drinkable, but a little on the sweet side--could use a touch more bittering. Medium body, medium carbonation. radagast83 (1315), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

Aroma was of hops and caramel. FLavor got better as it warmed. Mostly hops and caramel malts. Mouthfeel was thin. Still a good beer." eaglefan538 (2397), Wilmington, Delaware, USA

The pour was clear amber with a normal head, but decent lacing. Aroma was hoppy with some caramel malt underneath. The flavor was much of the same with some fruity hints, although the base of the flavor was hops and the sweet caramel-like malts came through more in the aftertaste (normally the other way around). Definitely not an overly sweet beer, but strong caramel, almost artificial tasting, yet drinkable.... haddon90 (1036), Alexandria, Virginia, USA

Pours a clear, light copper color with a bubbly white head. Slight fruit in the aroma as well as some pale malts. Smooth taste, with a hint of hops and a decent blend of malt. Finishes off nice and smooth. Kind of reminds me of the District ChopHouse Amber Ale.
