Taste is floral, caramel, medium sweet, some spice. Hops are present, but not very bitter. Light-medium body. Easy-to-drink beer, but nothing I'd seek out. hopdog (5606), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA

Darkish amber, smallish lasting head. Really nice caramel-vanilla nose with some light orangey hops in the background. Not nearly as good in the flavor department, though it’s reasonably well-made. Slightly smoky, hints of hops towards the end, a bit of bitter chocolate, caramel -- but too thin and harsh at the finish. Drinkable, but I’ll pass on another. BBB63 (4252), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Feb 2, 2008 Bottle served in pint glass: Hazy golden hue (appears bottled conditioned) with a fading fluffy head and spotty lace. The aroma has a grainy, cardboardy, veggie, syrupy, caramel, and herbal note. The taste profile just is a mess, cardboardy and wet grains along with some cabbage and mineral water character. There is some light bitterness and metallic notes of the finish. Just not a very refreshing beer and is below average in a style that is below average to begin with. (methinks this is not the same quality as back in 2003-04)
