| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 24, 2009 Appearance: Pours a clear, still, faintly amber-hued body.
Smell: There’s nothing quite like the tart-scented aroma of mass-produced cider.
Taste: Tart, sugary sweet taste of concentrated apple that develops a bit more tartness as you reach the drying finish. Nominal sulfite character. Simple and okay for one of these things.
Mouthfeel: Thin-bodied. Exceedingly low carbonation.
Drinkability: A small step above the Granny Smith, but that’s not saying too terribly much. La Face Cachée de la Pomme Frimas, where are you when I need you?! Nuffield (2724), Roseville, Minnesota, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 9, 2009 Bottle. Simple clear color, not especially unlike even the best ciders, but the flavor was distinctly sweet and commercial; probably worse than the typical lot but not undrinkable by any stretch. Some apple sour. Weak palate. Sparky27 (1596), Phoenix, Arizona, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 20, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear gold with zero head. Nose is apples and spice. Taste is sweet apple with a touch of sour mixed in before finish super sweet again. Watery flat mouth feel. Meh. troyc (1175), Lubbock, Texas, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Dec 31, 2008 [Bottle] Pours a clear light brown shade with low carbonation. Aroma of apples and maybe some pear mixed in. Sweet flavor is mostly apple, but suggests some light spice as well. Watery. Only slightly better than their ’Granny Smith’ version. pkbites (333), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 22, 2008 This is a great cider and one of the best I’ve had. It’s light amber with a few thin bubbles immediately vanishing to a thin ring that eventually disappears - actually about as good-looking as cider seems to get. The aroma is light very ripe appels with 7-up, lemon. The taste is fairly full-bodied, lightly musky ripe apple to a drier apple finish, a nice, ful apple flavour and it’s neither too sweet nor too dry. jonahkorbes (8), Portland, Oregon, USA does not count | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 14, 2008 Found on sale at Trader Joe’s and decided to give it a shot. Clear and sparkling with no head. Perhaps a bit too sweet, but good apple flavors. Very basic and seems to work fairly well; not very interesting though. stchloe (492), Portland, Oregon, USA
