Feb 5, 2008 This is not bad but not exceptional. Why? Because it is weak. The color and scent is right, but the taste is just watery. Now it is a clean drink, and not objectionable in any way but I wanted to taste it more. What was hinted at was very good.

Jul 25, 2008 Looks light like the inside of an apple. Flavor is sweeter than the other and more apply. Finish is much sweeter and a little more coating, but quite good, and I think, better overall.

Jul 6, 2008 (Bottle) This isn’t beer and it doesn’t even remotely resemble beer so I’m not sure why it’s on this site, but I’m rating it nonetheless. Wow...this one is quite something. Tastes more like wine than anything else. There is very little sugar or sweetness, and there’s a sort of thin bite like in a dry white wine. Some complexity in the aroma. I really like this one, in spite of the fact that I think the "regular" cider made by this company is quite poor.

Jan 15, 2008 12 oz bottle from trader Joes; Nose of tart apples, just like the Granny Smiths wy wife uses for her homemade apple pie. Wish i had a piece to eat with this. Very pale gold with medium sized bubbles; Good tart cider with the flavor of Granny Smith apples! Excellent!

Oct 23, 2008 Pours clear with carbonation. Aroma of apples and spice, flavor of apples with a bit of tart, reminded me of a sour apple jolly rancher. Good finish.

Jan 9, 2009 Very clear almost perfectly clear with just a touch of gold to differentiate from water pour with some carbonation. Apple flavor undertones with a bit of acidic bite. Very refreshing.

May 26, 2008 Sampled at Cellar’s Wine & Spirits Wednesday evening beer tasting and shared by JK. From a 12-oz bottle pours a clear with just a barely straw colored cider with no bubbles or any ring. Taste is slightly tart apple and apple skin with a touch of sugar. Taste is slightly tart apple, medium bodied with no spices or any additional flavors. Finish has a mild tart aftertaste that quickly disappears. Pretty much an average tart apple cider.

Jan 4, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with a white ring. Sparkly, tart apple aroma, with a hint of yeast. Taste is tart and sweet apples. Lingering tartness. Nice carbonation and very refreshing.
