Dictionary definition of amber. Clear lager with a small, creamy, khaki-colored head. Great retention and decent lacework.
The nose is of caramel and winter spices.
Perfectly balanced flavor. Caramelly and spicey with a burst of butterscotch. Well-bittered. Full-bodied with medium carbonation and a medium-length, moderately bitter finish. Great brew! World class stuff! Crockett (904), Steelback County, Ontario, Canada

Roasted, burnt sugar nose with some banana. Flavours, bananas and caramel, fizzy and crisp while being medium bodied. Nice balance of the alcohol. Some yeastiness. Roasted flavours come out with strawberry and maple syrup. Not bad at all. Head lasts though-out. It has a nice warming glow. matt7215 (996), Cambridge, Ontario, Canada

Sweet malty aroma, caramel, maple, butterscotch (not diacetyl), brown sugar with nice bread and toasty elements as well. Sweet rum and raisin character character adds even more malty complexity. Flavour is quite sweet with elements of caramel and toffee. Slightly vineous with notes of dark rum. Toasty warming finish with a light sourness that keeps the sweetness in check. Excellent brew.
