(Draught) On tap at the Sam Jakes Inn in Merrickville, Ontario, as the Sam Jakes Light. Thin, white head and a light golden body. Nose of an under-ripe pear. Finishes clean. Below average.

Terrible. I had this in the tasting room at the brewery. I was obviously gone, and it tasted like somebody forgot to clean the lines when changing the kegs because there were fake apple notes (similar to the apple ale) in the body. Dusty, apply aroma. Zero carbonation. Pissy yellow color, no head. Don’t bother, unless you can get a decently quality controlled sample.
