Commercial Description:
The German style wheat beer is characterized by it's unusually pale colour, creamy white head, and fruity acidity. It is the most refreshing of all beers which make it the beer of choice for the hot summer months. Niagara Falls Brewing Company" Weisse Bier is uniquely unfiltered which allows this product to maintain a sparkling head and exhibit an exceptional mouthfeel. is brewed with 50% malted wheat and it is lightly bittered using fine German hops. The term Weisse Bier, or white beer, is derived from the light colour and cloudiness characteristics of this style of wheat beer.

Toronto Festival of Beer 1999 - Sampled with a chunk of watermelon dropped in. Took on just enough of the watermelon flavor. Very tasty, but not as yummy as the beer soaked chunk of melon at the bottom! :)

What a great tasting weiss, too bad only one gave me a raging hangover. Not worth the price, both financially and physically.
