Commercial Description:
Niagara Honey Brown is brewed with well-balanced hops that give it a light bitterness. The beer is then aged to achieve roundness and to create a pleasant, smooth finish. A touch of honey gives this beer a subtle sweetness. Niagara Honey Brown goes great with spicy foods, pizza, and steak.

This was the free drink I chose my 1st night at Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls Canada. It came with not much of a head on it, but it was cold and I was thirsty. Went down easy and smooth with a touch of honey sweetness.

(Bottle) Thanks to my neighbour Sean for the opportunity to rip-open his 6-pack an indulge in his beer. Amber with a tan head. Nose of corn and honey - Mmm... like Mom used to make! Grainy and light... oh, and boring.

The DM & Hotstuff vacation July 2005 tour at My Cousin Vinny’s restaurant in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. This bottled brew poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized mostly lasting off-white colored bubbles that left behind an unnoted lacing. The body contained average carbonation, was transparent and light golden brown in color. Its aroma contained notes of mild malts honey and dirty socks. Its mouth feel is initially tingly with a lingering tingly palate and a mild smooth honey malt aftertaste. Its flavor contained honey malty notes but it gets to ya after a while. Too much honey overpowered me before I could finish my bottle.

Bottle (341ml). At October 2005 Winking Judge BeerFest, Hamilton. Poured clear gold-amber, small off-white head. Aroma faintly honey-sweet, a bit of vegetal malt, no hops. Taste is metal, stale hops, somewhat sickly honey, and grains. Palate is both harsh and thin. Overall not much honey, but plenty of harshness - AND weak to boot.

Clear amber w/ off-white foam. Sweet, slightly toasted malt aroma w/ light notes of maple & honey. Light feel. Sweet, maple-ish flavour w/ a very mild, nutty woodiness in the finish.

Of the four honey lagers I’ve tried , this one is probably the best, so far. Not too sweet, not too bad.
