This is another brewery I did not know existed until I took a trip up to Green Bay. This beer is really clear and smells like vanilla. Not bad tasting either.

Pretty strange. It has a definite Kolschy feel to it but they claim it as a lager and it has lager smoothness. I get the bread and cardboard Kolschiness that causes me to dislike that style, but in a fuller, rounder, smoother and more pleasant way. One of the better "light" beers I’ve tried.
