This is Nicolet's dopple Eisbock. It is a whoppingly big lager that makes friends with the likes of World wide stout. It is at 19% alcohol which in unbelievable as the alcohol is so well hidden in the massive malt presence. Must use a snifter to experience this. We had a massive bottle brought by Nicolet at our club X-mas party. Its flavor is full of roasted malt and caramel malts, but is extremely smooth. If you can find this at the brewery, a must try....
