Bottle@Home. Grain and light yeast aroma. Pale yellow, white head, fair lace. Light grainy, bitter, light herbal, thinnish. Refreshing but that’s it.

A - astringent, alcohol, little bits of wheat
T - little bits of wheat, but pretty nonplussed

Jun 13, 2008 This bottle may be past it’s prime, I see a date of 6/24/07 on the label so it’s a year old at best. Dark gold pour with a 1" thick head and blanketing lacing. No real aroma to speak of, neutral to the nose and very faint. Medium bodied with a strong, funky bitterness. Stale, offensive aftertaste that is really distracting. The stinging hops overpower the pale malt. This may be too old to be worthwhile.

May 26, 2008 Pours yellow with a large white head. Smells of sweet malt and grassy. Tastes peppery with some caramel and a vegetal finish. I was hoping for a beer that tasted like a pilsner here.

May 25, 2008 Interesting aroma, not really in a good way, almost has a hint of sweat. Seems like more of a pale lager to me.

May 25, 2008 Light tan clear color with a short white head. Aroma of malt and sweet straw. Flavor is rather uninteresting yet not offensive, with sweet malt and a hint of medicinal hops. More like a pale lager than a pils. Mediocre.
