Jul 2, 2007 Pours a brown/red body with a fizzy head that disapears fast.
Aroma is of sour of citrus.
Reminds me of fermented apples, little like apple cider.
Flavor is malty, has a weak grassy hoptaste.
Flavors of plums to, and little boozy.
Theres a winey taste of graps to.
Palate is medium thick, but for a barley wine it is rather thin.

Jun 1, 2007 Clear orange brown color, short head. Aroma of caramel malt, some alcohol, hops. Bitter and malty taste, bit sweet as well. Very nice balanced barley wine, not too dominantly hopped.

May 26, 2007 Bottle. Amber with an off white head. Aroma of raisins, caramel, figs, plums/prunes. Sweet flavour of caramel, brown sugar, raisins and somewhat flowery.

Bottle @ Københavnske Øldage. Lovely soft and rounded barley wine. Not the most complex I have tried but tasty all the same. Strong malt and barley sugar throughout with a good slap of alcohol for the finish.

May 16, 2007 Bottle at Københavnske Øldage 2007. Clear cobber - white head. A lot more simpel than I remembered and expected. Sweetness, barley, fruity, light hoppy, grains, vinous. Soft mouthfeeling.

May 14, 2007 Bottle. Hazy orange colour with a whie moslty diminishing head. Rich malty aroma with notes of fruits and alcohol. Complex flavour with a long finish.

May 13, 2007 Bottle 2001. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellwo colour. Powerfull moderae malty and hoppy aroma. Very vinius. Fantastic complex flavor. Creamy palate. Really nice barley wine.
