Jan 2, 2009 330 ml bottle. A small chocolate head upon translucent dark brown colored, ruby-hued body. Clean aroma of mild coffee, dark chocolate and cocoa. Taste is dry, powdery cocoa. Some roasted notes and a fine chocolate-ish bitterness. Feels supersmooth in the mouth. Fruity, acidulous notes in the finish. Harmonious with high drinkability.

Dec 29, 2008 330 ml bottle. Very dark brown. Clear. Medium-sized light beige creamy head. Rounded smooth coffee aroma with strong notes of aromatic dark chocolate. Strong dry coffee flavours. Mouthfeel is on the dry side, but the coffee comes through nicely. Body is light and could have done better if it was a little sweeter. In all a very drinkable dry coffee stout with lots of flavour, but a thin body.

Dec 27, 2008 A bottle tasted at Pikkulintu. Pale brown creamy head. Coffee in the nose. Dark black colour. Dry and strong coffee taste. Slightly sour. Really strong coffee taste.

Dec 20, 2008 I enjoyed this beer. It had a nice mild aroma and a smooth even flavor. It was is to drink. I am looking forward to trying more from this brewer.

Dec 18, 2008 330ml Bottle: Aroma of coffee, chocolate, malts, roasting, light vanilla, and slight toffee. Poured dark brown in color with a medium-sized, tan head that lasted throughout. Clear. Slightly sparkling. Flavor is light to medium bitter. Tastes of bitter coffee, chocolate, roasting, slight burnt malts, light vanilla, slight caramel, and some cocoa. Medium body. Average texture. Soft to average carbonation. Bitter coffee finish is dry.

Dec 6, 2008 Dark reddish borwn, almost black, but actually not opaque, abit odd for a stout. Medium beige head. Salty roasted malt aroma with some vague coffee notes. Mediun bodied, soft carbonation. Quite harsh and bitter.
