| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 21, 2006 Dark golden and crystal clear, with a small dissapating head. Earthy english aroma, with some crystal, and some bready aromas too. The body is well balanced, and tastes suprisingly full for the 4.2% it advertises. Finish is a little sticky and is defininitly not as dry as any english pale I’ve tasted before. Tranquillity (1181), Espoo, Finland
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 9, 2006 Bottle. Brown and beautiful colour, and a sweet, flowery, honey-blended aroma. Even though the taste at some point introduced a hint on soap (!) it’s sweet and has a good bitterness in the finish. Good harmony in the flavours. Nice and foamy palate, a quite special beer. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 25, 2006 Bottle. Amber. Nicely balanced ale, a bit low on the hops perhaps, but that might be the style. Of the Nils Oscar beers I’ve had, this is the least interesting (still, this is a very good brew, just that all the other Nils Oscar are so good) bager (2121), Copenhagen N, Denmark
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 18, 2006 Bottle. Amber coloured with a small head. Sweet and malty with a note of caramel. Well balanced but a bit too mild though. jacobwennbom (274), Uppsala, Sweden
