Commercial Description:
The end product is a hoppyaromatic all-malt brew where the special malt brings a remarkably pleasant malt character. It is fresh tasting and smooth as becomes a Dortmunder Export style beer.

Small white head over copper body. Looks like your standard lager, though not too pale. Sweet malt aroma with notes of grassy hops and some fruitiness. A bit more aroma than your normal lager, and quite nice. Clean, sweet, caramelly malt taste with notes of straw, softly bitter, grassy aftertaste. Subtle, sweet, malty taste lingers. A very nice and well-made lager, with more taste than most, if not terribly exciting.

Bottled. Pale golden with a small white head. Fruity, acidic and hoppy aroma. Mild light fruity flavor. Better than the normal Norwegian lager, but nothing to travel miles for. (060113)

330 ml bottle. Clear golden lager. Head disappeared quickly leaving only hints of white lace. Little aroma, mostly from malts. The flavour is of generous amounts of noble hops and rich pilsner malt. Fresh. Wonderful balance between the malts and the hops. Aftertaste is of dry from hop bitterness. Would make a perfect session beer.

(Bottle 33 cl) Fully golden with a creamy and quite stable head. Fresh and prickling. Very hop accentuated - from three different hops. Hops adding both a lovely aroma and a rather pronounced bitterness. Top quality lager. 240800

Bottled. Golden colour with small foamy head. Hoppy sweetish aroma with hayish notes. Sweet malty flavour at first, but quickly turns into a huge hoppy bitterness. Hoppy finish, not much aftertaste. Mouthdrying.

Golden colour with a foamy white head. Hoppy aroma with alight malty and grainy note. Light maltyness before the hoppy bitterness takes over and dominates the flavor. Dry bitter finish.

Pale brown yellow. Thin white head. Mlty aroma with notes of grain, stones, hops and wet cardboard. Maltsweet flavor with perfumed and malty notes. Decent bitterness.
