Commercial Description:
The end product is a hoppyaromatic all-malt brew where the special malt brings a remarkably pleasant malt character. It is fresh tasting and smooth as becomes a Dortmunder Export style beer.

Bottled A golden coloured lager with a tiny off white head. Excellent hoppiness throughout in a New World way rather than in the Dortmunder style. A hint of the buttery malt I’d expect later on but all in all this is a lovely lager.

Botella, courtesy of Plovmand. Clear golden colour. Malty caramel grainy aroma. Toasty malt and caramel with a little smoke and fruity bitter hops in the flavour. Not the best Nils Oscar I’ve had.

Bottle shared by plovmand. Pours clear golden with a small off white head. Aroma is hoppy with notes of malt. Flavour is "stable" like and maize. It has a week bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Golden body with a fine medium white head. Malty aroma with some hops and fruit. Light hoppy flavour with malty notes like caramel. Soft bodied. I was expecting a bit more from this.

thanks plovmand for sharing orange with a small white head aroma is sweet and a little strong but not very good. a little spritty. flavor malty, grainy, cereral, quite sweet. bitterhops palate overall flavor reminds me of a south-european macro, not very good, esp contemplating the nice beers i’ve had from nils oscar.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small, disappearing head. Fresh, malty, a bit grassy aroma. Flavour is malty, rather dry and crispy with notes of hay and lightly of vegetables (which doesn’t disturb). Quite carbonated, light mouthfeel. Refreshing and very drinkable thirst quencher.

Bottle at one of chris o’s tastings. Alround rating: Nutty pale lager malts, grassy bittering hops. Fresh but a bit boring.
