(Bottle) Pours golden with a small head. The aroma is of white bread, straw, mild honey, light cookie and cracker-like malt with light oily, herbal hop tones up front, but there is also some room for grassy and floral hints. Tiny bit fruity as the beer gets warmer. The flavour is light to medium malty and light to medium hoppy with tones of cracker, bread, straw, grass and some light floral tones. The mouthfeel is clean (almost hard), light dry and light crisp. Light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Light to medium bodied. A bit too clean.

Sep 28, 2008 Deep gold color with a small white head. Light floral aroma with hints of hay and honey. Soft round flavor with honey and burnt sugar. Distinct well hopped, leaves a dry bitter finish.
