Equally sweet in taste but it does not go watery like some stouts. It holds its own with a nice crisp bite. It has a practically non existent finish. chicagodri (1074), Chicago, Illinois, USA

It is actually relatively sweet, but still very enjoyable. Coffee is more in the aroma than in the flavor for me. Good though....random guy @ Sam’s in Chicago told me to try it. Good call. Nice full yeast and hops aroma with moderate hop overtones. A smokey licorice dark malt blend that is well balanced. Creamy but not that mouth filling. Sweet, but not cloyingly so. An excellent example of an Imperial stout. Balance gets it exta points. Nice job. kmeves (1081), Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, USA
