Commercial Description:

330 ml bottle. Coppery color, medium head. Hoppy aroma, notes of cured wood. The taste is hoppy, as befits the style, but the hops give enough space for the sweet malts. Quite a well-balanced IPA.

Savannah, Ga. - Habersham Beverage Warehouse - 330 ml bottle. Medium copper pour, light white head. Peach marmalade-like aroma with hints of faint spruce. Flavor has some slight bitter notes with a background of peaches - underlying citrus notes - but not overly pronounced. Solid sticky mouthfeel.

Dark golden orange color with a moderate light beige head. Herbal to grassy hops with earthy, toasted malts underneath. I would say rather traditional in scent. I do catch some apricot and watermelon if I sniff hard enough. LIght toffee start, but the bitterness jumps in quickly to take over. Citric and acidic fruit come in and wash the sweetness and any other flavor away. Dry finish. Slow the malt comes back in the linger. with some toasted scones and biscuits. For me the balance is lost in the middle. and is very slow to return.

330 ml bottle. Small white head with foamy texture. Liquid is clear and deep orange in colour. Aroma is most of all hoppy with some grass and floral elements. Citrus fuits in the finish that is long and quite dryish bitter Medium maltiness gives some sweetness, but overall flavor is bitter. Light to medium bodied and a bit thin mouthfeel. I expected more maltiness. Very easy to drink though and refreshing too.

330 bottle purchased at Zipps in Minneapolis, MN. Pour is clear golden amber with an off white 2 inch head. Carbonation bubbles are visible. Really nice lacing on the glass, coats the full glass. Aroma of grassy, earthy and piney hops. Taste is minerally and a bit dirty tasting. the hops are present, though are a bit flat. There is a grainy wheatiness to the taste. Not sure the age on this one, but am sure it is better fresh. Having said that, this is still a well made tasty beer.

different label: wow, definitely a good IPA; fresh biscuits, doughy aroma and flavor; good, green hoppiness that gives a good bitter edge; subtle, average, but smooth, and overall i just liked it more than other regular IPAs.

Clear amber with big fluffy creamy white head. Smell isnt fresh or green. It is mostly doughy malt. Flavor seems old to me not fresh or clean like I expected this IPA to be. More doughy and metallic bitterness than the fresh fruity hops I was searching for. Drinkable and bitter. Watery and thin. This reminds me of a more bitter version of the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

Bottle. Rich amber beer with an off-white head. Dusty, citrusy hops aroma. Citrusy hop flavor with summer fruit and sweet malt backing (not quite caramel). Medium body. Lingering sweet malt with graoefruit and a bit of summer fruit. Not overly bitter.
