Cloudy orange / golden color. Aroma of pineapple / grapefruit, hint of elderflower, citrus, caramel, grain. Over the palate hint of apricot and cookie. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light to moderated sweet and bitter flavor. Light dry and somewhat bitter finish. Well put together and very drinkable IPA. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 29, 2007 Sessionable IPA. It pours a clear copper body with a smallish off-white head. The aroma has pine, orange petal, and zesty hop scents over a sweet, light caramel. Light bodied. The malts greatly outweigh the hoppy bitterness in the flavor - Nice - leading to a prolonged, moderately bitter finish. Definitely repeatable.

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 25, 2007 Pours a clear, orange-red hue with a thin, white, frothy head. Strong, cutting aroma of orange, pine and cinnamon. Cookie and bread malts--light in comparison to the hops. Flavour is clean with moderate bitterness. Very light honey taste initially. Hops are quite bright, invigorating. Medium-light bodied with firm carbonation and a dry, velvety texture. Very refreshing, wouldn’t mind having this on hand all the time. 33cl bottle, goblet. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 23, 2007 Appearance: Pours a clear, orange-gold body with a frothy white head.
Smell: Solid malt aroma of rich caramel paired with a pungent hop scent combination of flowers, citrus, and herbs.
Taste: Subdued maltiness with only a light taste of caramel and sweetness. Flavors of citrus and flowers are there, sure, but the very green-tasting herbaceousness comes through the strongest. Light acidity. Medium bitterness. Dry finish with a lingering bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: A fine, refreshing IPA. I could consider drinking this on a regular basis if it weren’t for the cost and issue of availability. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 22, 2007 Pours a transparent deep bronze color with a wispy-lacing clingy white head. Aroma of lemony piny resiny English hops and a touch of pale malty sweetness. Starts with a decent pale malty sweetness balanced with a crisp, slightly earthy bittering hop presence toward a drier bittersweet finish. Pretty drinkable and balanced, but I still prefer a bigger, fresher hop presence in IPAs. SSSteve (2104), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
