Bottle, thanks to Per. Ruby red chestnut, thin white head low condition. Good complex and evolving aromas starting with roast barley and raspberries, becoming woody and vinous and finally figs and some low smokiness. Full and sweet in the mouth with chocolate powder and more light smokiness and a touch of alcohol. Lingering yeasty dubbel notes in the finish, along with more chocolate and a final alcoholic kick.

clear reddish in colour, almost no foam, aroma of banana and pepper, vinous, sweet and full-bodied, lot of carbonation, decent bitterness, the finish is dry, malty and fruity, a little bit bubblegum-like - this beer should improve with aging - thx Per !

Amber color. Quite simple aroma; the flavor is just a bit more interesting, with a hidden roasted malt touch, some caramel and a ending very light liquorice note. Quite disappointing for Nils Oscar.

Orange amber beer with OK head. Heavy aroma; spices, malt and some alcohol. Bitter (hop) sweet (roasted malt) flavor with obvious rye notes and lots of spices, pepper and anise. Full-bodied and flavorfull.

Nut brown with a low head. Peculiar aroma of raspberries. Sweetish malt flavour with more raspberries and alcohol, maybe some yeast as well. Still a bit raw and unpolished but will improve with age.

Quite sweet brew. Nearly like a danish 'hvidtøl'. Nice dark brown color with a light brown shine. It has a slightly alcoholic and a quite malty aroma. The flavor is likewise sweet and malty. It has a bit of caramel and brown sugar in the finish. Mild despite the 7% alc.

Very much a Belgian Strong Ale. Brown color, translucent. Aroma is yeasty, sweet(like brown sugar), with hints of alcohol and floral aroma of raisen and figs. Body is a little light almost watery. Finish is sweet.
