Aug 30, 2007 A Sim rate (RBESG tasting): Aroma is so so complex. Grapes, wine, sweet nutmeg and maple syrup; to name a few. Sweet, cherry coughdrop flavour.

May 14, 2007 Bottle (Pikkulintu, Helsinki, Svenska Dagar 2006).
Sweet aroma - fruity. Slight sourness in a good, belgian lambic, way. Flowery but slightly plastic and a little soapy, which sounds worse than it was.

Feb 11, 2007 This vintage 2005 was tasted in January 2007. The color is very dark amber and the head is creamy and lasting. The aroma has nice notes of malt and caramel and the flavour is sweetish with notes of candy sugar, caramel, orange, prune, fruit and a nice bitterness. It’s harmonic and nice and slightly vinous. 1821.

Jan 23, 2007 500 cl bottle cellared one year. Dark red with an off-white head that quickly disappears. Aroma has hints of berries and some sweetness. In the mouth, the sweetness is pronounced but not cloying, and is balanced in the aftertaste wuith a nice bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel with low carbonation.
Nice and my remaining samples in the cellar will hopefully further improve.
