Sep 8, 2006 (Bottle 50 cl) Clear, dark amber golden with an off-white head. Sweet aroma of overripe fruit. Fairly alcoholic aroma. Rich, full body with lots of fruity accents - apricot and noble rot. Almost no bitterness. Quite a sophisticated and pleasant beer. 260806

Apr 6, 2008 50 cL bottle, thanks to thewolf. Pours slight hazy orange to amber with a dense off-white head. Overripe fruity and spiced aroma. Flavour is fruity and mild malty. Light body and light raisin fruity flavour. Caramel sweet goes into a medium dry finish.

Sep 30, 2005 Updated: Oct 4, 2005Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Brownish amber. Some orangey hops dominate the nose. Sweet, fruity and really malty with near full body. The mouthfeel is somewhat raw and oily, probably it’s still too young. Notes of grass, medium bitterness. Like last years version this one doesn’t really fly.

Jan 5, 2008 Bottle. Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, notes of milk chocolate, light vintage / vinous, notes of wood, alcohol, juniper berry ! Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (231207)

Dec 3, 2006 Bottle, 7.0%, 1 year old. There is a little aroma hoppiness along with some pepper. Clear brown colour, small head. Very dusty aftertaste, creamy and nice. Creamy mouthfeel. Really good.

Oct 3, 2005 Bottled. Amber coloured, beige mediumsized head. Alcohol, cinnamon, caramel and malts in aroma. Sweet malty flavour with caramelly and spicy hints. Quite a dissappointment, but it might get better as it gets older (it feels like it’s taken to SBWF 2005 in a hurry...).
