Bottle, 7.0%, 1 year old. There is a little aroma hoppiness along with some pepper. Clear brown colour, small head. Very dusty aftertaste, creamy and nice. Creamy mouthfeel. Really good.

Bottle at Christmas 2005.
Dark color, small head. Malty scent with alcohol in it. Not enough spices for my taste as being a Christmas beer. Taste is pretty alcoholic as well. I like several of the other beers from this brewery much better.

Clear dark brown color, tan to light brown head. Chocolate, malty and grainy scent. Rich malty a bit smoke taste. Full mouthfeel, alcohol aftertaste. Medium bitterness.
This one aged to my liking! What an amazing difference compared to when it was fresh!

Deep amber/reddish colour with medium head nice warming aroma of plum,rasins and toffee caramel,warming mild mouth feels with full body.

This is the ultimate Christmas beer if you wan’t a beer together with the traditional Dansih christmas food. A lot of spices, some cinnamon. Flvour is very fruity with loads of berries. Finish is sweet. An extremely complex beer.

(RERATE 051115, bottle) Amber, nice offwhite head, Nutty aroma, some peanut butter, laty, some butter, vanilla and creamy notes. Nutty flavor, malty and yet a bit bitter, peanuts, toffe and milk. Some hops and clove in the finish. (Stockholm Beer Festival 2005) Amber color, offwhite head. Malty aroma with almond and fruits. Fresh flavor, malty with some fruity notes. Some hops there as well and the finish is a bit bitter. Quite nice and it probably will be better in december. (7/4/7/3/14)

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, dark amber golden with an off-white head. Sweet aroma of overripe fruit. Fairly alcoholic aroma. Rich, full body with lots of fruity accents - apricot and noble rot. Almost no bitterness. Quite a sophisticated and pleasant beer. 260806

Reddish amber, thin white head. Malty, yeasty, fruity nose with some hints of orange and hops. Fruity, sweet flavour, thick mouthfeel. Somewhat spicy. Some roastyness in finish.

Pours a light clear orange-red with a small creamy beige head. Aroma is sweet caramel, lightly sweet spice. Great mouthfeel, silky soft. Fresh flavour, sweet toffee, caramel and a great dryness. Wonderfully composed and great balance.
