Fresh cracked grains and honey in the nose, amber color, lathery head. Sweet caramelly malt, light cinnamon spice end that lingers. Medium body. Good but not thrilling.

Thanks Secret Santa Jonas - You are a gem! ight brown color with a fast diminishing super small head. No carbonation. Sweet toffee, caramel and honey nose. Cinnamon and kardamon traces - malt and toffee, all in all light and also thin bodied.

Pretty orange amber, low tanned head. Delicate chewy malt and grassy hop aroma. Fine fruity baseflavor with a lovely subtle pine and grass counterpoint, slightly thin and metallic center though - body is comparably light. Grassy and light roasted aftertaste.

Amber coloureds, thin white head. Yeasty, fruity, hoppy aroma. Bitter, fruity flavour. Some hints of peach in finish.

Amber with long lasting head. Crystal malt and sulphur aroma from their own maltings comes through a great deal. Also so in taste, unfortunately. This has almost turned into a big brewery beer, with veggies and dull aftertaste. Quite a disappointment. It used to be a very good beer.

Bottle. Very nice hop aroma, and quite malty. Toffee colour, small head. Malty flavour. Also a little sweet in a way that could be characterized as christmassy. But not enough alcohol to really make me happy.

Thanks to sk8viking for this one! 33cL bottle BB 03/05. Clear reddish-amber pour with a nice cap of creamy off-white head. Sweet caramel malt, fresh floral hops, and a pleasant nuttiness provide a very pleasing aroma. Medium nutty-malty backbone and very smooth on the palate. Really good feel from this one. Flavor picked up most of the aroma, as well as some light woody notes. Wish it was just a little heavier on the flavor, but very good Oktoberfest all around.

(Bottle 33 cl) Amber or almond coloured with a creamy, lasting head. Very, very aromatic from the top quality hops which are characteristic of Nils Oscar. Notes of dry sherry. Very distinct bitterness - and very delicious indeed. 210202
