Bottle@LCRBM08. A clear red/brown colored beer, with a little off white head. The aroma of fruits with sweet malts and some hops and spices. The taste of a little hop, with spices, caramel and a little fruits. The aftertaste is a little bitter.

Bottle@LCRBM08. Light soapy aroma with herbs and some raisin. Light amber, off-hite head, good lace. Light sweet, light bitter, cinnamon, herbal, light soapy flavor as well. Thinnish and does not really have a x-mas feeling.

Cognac-coloured beer with small rim left. Quite hopped first impression with grassy EU-hops and pilsner malts. Malts, sweet tea of limetea; now, where’s the alcohol? Lightl, grist slickness. This is some kind of tisane without tannines - and without alcohol.

50 cL bottle. Pours deep amber with an orange glare, slowly collapsing orange to tan head. Mild spiced, roasted malt and caramel aroma. Flavour is light fruity with a mild liqourice note and slowly building bitterness. Very minor smoke note it seems. Solid bitterness into the finish, mixed with notes of caramel and light roasted notes.
