Aroma different hops and malt. Taste perfectly bitter obtained by a mixture of Fuggles, cascade and Saaz hops contrasted with the sweetness from the malts - especially the caramel is dominant. Pours with an amber body topped by a thin to medium thick, off-white head with some lacing. It’s slightly sweet and bready with a nice underlying grass and grapefruit hoppiness. Aroma is sweet and malty, with scents of syrupy hops, caramel, roasted malt, and floral notes. Taste is light and crisp, with a flavor of caramel, dark fruit, and syrupy hops giving way to a dry finish of roasted malt. Light but full-flavored -- delicious brew.
