Lovely golden/copper colour and a slight clear flat body. Aroma was hay, caramel, burned notes and some grain and fruit as well. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Not very strong, but pleasant and complex aromas of sweet fruits, cream-caramel, toffee and mild delicate hops. Fruity-sweet flavors with notes of malts and caramel. Perfectly hopped. Mild, lingering bitter finish. A very enjoyable and well balanced festbier.
