Commercial Description:

(Draught at MacKinlay’s, Stockholm, 10 Oct 2007) Golden yellow colour with huge, white head. Malty nose with hay and fresh notes of grassy hops. Malty taste with notes of hay, tropical fruit and fresh, grassy hops in a rather bitter finish. Very nice and refreshing pilsener.

Pour was a crystal clear gold color propping up a scant white head. Not much lacing. The aroma was malt, grass, roasted corn, light hints of floral. The flavor was a nice balance of sweet, roasted malt that transitioned nicely into a combination of light floral and spicy saaz hops. Mouthfeel was very nice and the finish was clean and succinct. A great session beer. Hope I get another chance to drink one of these again!

Biggish shiny white head. Clear yellow body. Light malty aroma with spicy grassy hop notes and a faintly rubbery metallic background. Dry and sweet smoky malty taste with resiny notes. Dry grassy metallic aftertaste. Kind of light. Very nice! (0.33l bottle from Systembolaget Stockholm.)

Bottled. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is fruity and grassy hops mainly. Flavour is grassyness, slight diacetyl and some hops. A very pleasant and refreshing pils, though it’s not that exciting.

Golden color, not much head. Buttery, Czech-type hoppy nose. Crisp, Saaz-hoppy flavor, a bit sweet and buttery. Slighlty flat mouthfeel. Maybe a bit too simple, but tasty pils anyway.

Bottled. A golden beer with an OK off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of grain and hops giving it light grassy notes. The flavor is sweet grassy and malty with notes of grain, leading to a crisp and quite bitter finish, but the body is a bit on the thin side.

Hint of roastiness is surprising. Aroma is a bit grainy. Straw coloured and holds that small head nicely.

330 ml bottle. Golden colour. Crystal clear. Throws a tall white head that is a mix of coarse and fine bubbles. Head clings to the glass. Rich rounded maltiness that is balanced by really crisp hops. Grains in the nose. Crisp malt flavour and a sharp, but not too strong, hop bitterness. Chewy malts with some sweetness. Nice mellow maltiness towards the finish. A bit minty perhaps. Long lasting nice crisp hop bitterness and a little grass flavours. Nice pilsener.
